1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected on yaroslav-marketing.com (the “website”), why, and how it is processed and protected.
The data controller is Yaroslav Kirichenko, an individual (the “controller”, “I”).

By submitting the form on the website, you confirm that you have read this policy and give your consent to the processing of personal data.
2. Data I collect
Data you provide in the request form:
- your name;
- a contact for reply — Telegram username, phone number or another messenger;
- your website or a description of your business niche;
- the topic of your request.
Technical data:
- IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time — in web server logs;
- a one-way hash of your IP address — to protect the form against automated spam.
I do not collect special categories of personal data and do not ask you to provide them.
3. Purposes
- to reply to your request;
- to prepare a free marketing audit or a proposal;
- to discuss and enter into a service agreement;
- to keep the website secure and working, and to prevent spam.
4. Legal basis
Form data is processed on the basis of your consent. Technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and operational.
5. How data is processed and shared
Form data is not stored in the website database. Right after submission, it is delivered to me as a message via the Telegram messenger.
The website is hosted by Timeweb Cloud in a data center in Saint Petersburg, Russia, where web server logs are kept.
Telegram is a third-party service whose servers may be located in different countries. By submitting the form, you agree to this international transfer of your data.
I do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties other than the providers listed in this section, which are necessary for the website and the form to work, or where required by law.
6. Retention
- request data — until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than one year after our last interaction, or until you withdraw consent;
- web server logs — no longer than 14 days;
- IP hash used for spam protection — no longer than one hour.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website uses the web analytics service Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russian Federation). The counter sets cookies in the visitor’s browser and collects anonymised visit data: page address, traffic source, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, time on site and on-page actions (clicks, scrolling).
Metrica’s “Webvisor” feature is enabled: it records visitor actions on the page (cursor movement, clicks, scrolling) so the controller can analyse how usable the website is. Characters typed into the request form fields are not recorded.
The purpose is to analyse traffic and improve the website. Data collected by the counter is processed by Yandex under its own privacy policy. The controller does not use this data to identify an individual person.
The counter is enabled only after you consent: on your first visit a banner with “Accept” and “Decline” buttons appears. If you decline cookies, Yandex Metrica is not loaded. You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the website footer.
You can stop data collection in your browser settings (blocking cookies) or with a browser extension that blocks Yandex Metrica, described on Yandex’s support page: yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html. Technical cookies are also set when logging in to the website’s admin panel.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- have it corrected or erased;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
To exercise your rights, message me on Telegram @yaroslavmarket. I respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
9. Security
Data between your browser and the website is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to the server is restricted and protected with encryption keys. Request data is available only to me.
10. Changes
I may update this policy. The new version takes effect when published on this page. The date of the current version is shown at the top.
