Consent to Personal Data Processing

my contact details — Telegram username, phone number or another messenger;
my website or a description of my business niche;
the topic of my request.

2. Purposes

to contact me about my request;
to prepare a free marketing audit or a proposal;
to discuss and enter into a service agreement.

3. Processing

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer, restriction, erasure and destruction of personal data, both automated and manual.

4. Transfer

I agree that my form data is delivered to the controller via the Telegram messenger, whose servers may be located in other countries, which means an international transfer of personal data.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than one year after my last interaction with the controller.

I can withdraw my consent at any time by messaging the controller on Telegram @yaroslavmarket. After withdrawal, the controller stops processing and deletes my data, unless the law requires otherwise.
